Puppup's Now Available for iPhone/iPod!

Graymedia is excited to announce that The Adventures of Puppup: Lost at the Zoo is now available for use on the iPhone and iPod in addition to the iPad.  The rich illustrations, interactivity and charming story have been well adapted for the small screen, allowing many more people to enjoy Puppup’s antics.

The Adventures of Puppup: Lost at the Zoo chronicles a day full of fantastical circumstances as Julia’s stuffed dog Puppup, lost at the zoo, is aided by various zoo animals on his quest to find his people. The app introduces children to 16 different animals, each with a distinct personality brought to life through the voice of a professional British narrator.

The amusing animated antics of Puppup and his animal friends bring to life the app’s rich illustrations. Interactive features include sledding crashes, jumping fish, swim-bys, dirt baths, monkey-dancing, waterskiing, zebra-riding, and free falling. Graymedia has incorporated interactive animation on every page.

Illustration quality was a major consideration in developing the iPhone/iPod version, according to app developer Fletcher Grayson.  “The rich, original illustrations are such a key part of the app that we were concerned it wouldn’t translate well to the small screen of the iPhone.  But we tested it and it looked great so we decided to move ahead.”  By tweaking font size and adjusting for the different screen size ratio Graymedia has maintained the high-quality experience familiar to users of the iPad version of The Adventures of Puppup: Lost at the Zoo.

So now The Adventures of Puppup: Lost at the Zoo is available on all types of Apple devices.  Good dog!
